Were not in P. Joseph Ciutti and P. Isidore Karamuka, delegate of the Delegation of Africa, which has not yet received a visa from Italy.
He then made following the election of the officers of the Chapter:
1. President of the General Chapter: Fr Francesco Bruno, Italy top of the Southern Province.
2. Scrutineers: P. Rosario Graziosi Province Southern Italy and P. Vinu Velutippilly the Delegation of India.
3. Chapter Secretary: P. Lucky Sicilian consummate experience in this field, general secretary of the Congregation.
4. Vice president and chief moderator Fr Angel veil, Superior Province of the Latin-American.
5. According moderator Fr Bruno Rampazzo, Superior of the Philippine delegation.
The General Chapter has also set up two offices:
1. The Press Office chaired by P. Saints Scibilia collaboration with P. Juarez, P. John Lucas and Leo Lillo.
2. The liturgical Office under the leadership of the deacon and the participation of Vlastimil P.Vincenzo D'Angelo, master of novices in Italy and P. Shagian novice master of the Delegation of India.
The Chapter has accepted the resignation to the participation of P. Joseph Ciutti and proceeded to replace it with the first unelected P. Vadislao Milak.
Previously, the outgoing General Government had accepted similar waiver by P. Sebastian De Boni, replace it with the first unelected P. Augustine Zamperini.
With few formal obligations ended the first day savoring the joy of tomorrow with the Holy Father at the Vatican for the inauguration of the Statue of Saint Annibale and the Mass of Thanksgiving at the Basilica of St. Peter with Cardinal Bertone.
In the evening the Liturgy of the Hours was celebrated by Fr Peter Cifuni that commemorates 53 years of his priestly ordination.
