Fr. Jacinto Pizzetti of the Latin-American Province presided the Eucharistic celebration today. Referring to the liturgical readings of the day, he underlined our duty, after the example of the prophet Jeremiah, to proclaim the gospel and denounce evil. Further, he exhorted everyone to the comprehension of the importance of drafting and applying the various documents that are being prepared because, in the words of a Brazilian theologian, they require much attention in their preparation but they end up in the shelves of libraries.
